    胡衛明:中國科學院自動化研究所模式識別國家重點實驗室研究員(二級)、博士生導師、視頻內容安全研究團隊負責人,國家杰出青年基金獲得者(2008)、中組部萬人計劃領軍人才(2016,已公示)、科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才入選者(2013)、人社部百千萬人才工程國家級人選(2015)、國家有突出貢獻中青年專家(2015)、國家863重點專項首席專家(2011)、中科院百人計劃入選者。

    19981月在浙江大學計算機系獲工學博士學位。19983月進入北京大學計算機科學技術研究所(即北大方正技術研究院)博士后流動站,從事博士后研究工作。20004月起在中國科學院自動化研究所模式識別國家重點實驗室工作。曾多次到美國哥倫比亞大學、伊利諾伊斯大學厄巴那-香檳分校、英國雷丁大學和倫敦大學Birkbeck學院、法國波爾多第三大學、澳大利亞Monash大學和臥龍崗大學以及新加坡國立大學做訪問研究。

    學術成就

    2004年以第二完成人獲北京市科學技術獎(基礎研究類)一等獎,2008年以第一完成人獲北京市科學技術獎(基礎研究類)二等獎,2012年以第一完成人獲北京市科學技術獎(技術發明類)一等獎,2013年以第一完成人獲北京市發明專利獎一等獎、以第一完成人獲中國專利優秀獎。2015年以唯一完成人獲吳文俊人工智能科學技術獎一等獎。先后主持了國家自然科學基金重點項目、重大國際合作項目、國家杰出青年基金項目、國家863重點專項項目、目標導向類課題,北京市自然科學基金重點項目等二十余項科研項目。已在PAMIIJCV等國際刊物、國內一級刊物以及ICCVECCVCVPR等重要國際學術會議上發表論文200余篇,其中第一作者44篇。據不完全統計,本研究組發表的論文被Web of Science他引4198次、Google Scholar他引12363次;單篇Web of Science他引用最高次數為779次、單篇Google Scholar他引最高次數2105篇次。授權發明專利30余項。已授權發明專利30余項。主持完成了國家某大型網絡監管重點示范工程項目。負責完成的敏感圖像識別技術、興奮劑宣傳銷售信息識別技術得到了實際應用,負責開發了網絡多模態有害信息過濾系統。有7年作為軟件工程師的軟件系統開發經歷,獨立完成源代碼20萬行以上,開發了多套軟件產品與實用系統在國內有關單位推廣使用,其中完成的商業化軟件產品—方正智繪地圖暈渲系統廣泛使用于測繪、地礦、農業、林業、出版等行業。負責的研究團隊有事業編制和非事業編制的職工10人、研究生30余人。如下是發表在國際權威刊物與頂級國際會議上的論文:
